Yeast extract glucose calcium carbonate agar
CaCO3: 20.0 g
Glucose: 20.0 g
Agar: 15.0 g
Yeast Extract: 10.0 g
Distilled water: 1.0 L

Mix thoroughly. Gently heat and bring to boiling. Autoclave at 121°C for 15 min.
